Recommend a Friend

It’s easy to recommend a friend! Once you’ve completed the purchase of your property, simply fill out an application form and hand it to your sales executive on site. If your friend reserves and completes the purchase of a new home with Ascent Homes, you’ll both receive £500 to share!

Terms and Conditions

  • Only one voucher per transaction.

  • To qualify for one of our recommend a friend vouchers you must have completed on the purchase of your new home.

  • Your friend must present the Recommend a Friend Voucher to us prior to signing the reservation form on their new property.

  • If your friend then purchases one of our new homes we will pay you and your friend £250 each within 14 working days of your friends’ legal completion.

  • This offer is not available when the purchaser is purchasing on a “buy to let” basis.

  • Relatives, colleagues, partner and family qualify as “friends” under this offer.

  • The recommend a friend voucher expires 5 years from the date of legal completion. 

  • Ascent Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.

  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
